Helping Organizations Collaborate Remotely: Our COVID-19 Response

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit many organizations hard, especially colleges and universities as well as non-profit, healthcare, and government entities, among others. We want to do what we can to help, so we’re offering our premium “Teams” plan free of charge for 90-days. This offering (which typically costs $500/month) enables up to 10 users to collaborate securely on procurement projects – including creating, editing, and issuing RFx documents, evaluating vendor responses, plus additional features and functionality not available on our Basic or Individual plans (Additional information on the “Teams” plan is available here.)

We understand that many organizations are in survival mode and may not have the resources or time to evaluate new technologies. However, for those who need to get back to work on purchasing projects or are looking for ways to reduce costs and streamline their operations, we can help.

As a cloud-based software-as-a-service application, Popcorn RFP is intuitive and easy-to use. You can get going in minutes without having to engage your IT department or outside consultants. While there’s documentation and support resources available, we’ve designed the software so that you shouldn’t need them. You’ll be able to efficiently create RFx documents using the community kernel library (more on kernels here) or you can upload one of your templates (or an RFI or RFP document), and we’ll create a custom kernel to your specifications. Beyond our typical user onboarding, we’re glad to provide additional assistance at no cost during the COVID-19 crisis if you ever get stuck.

How it works

No coupon code is needed to take advantage of this offer. Anyone can get started by creating a free Basic account and then upgrading to a Team plan under “Account Settings.” You will need to enter billing information for validation, but, don’t worry, you will not be charged during the free 90-day period. We will provide multiple email notifications before any renewal charge occurs, and you can contact us at any time if you’d like to cancel. 

We’ve always offered a free Basic account (and will continue to do so), so if you like what you see but don’t need the advanced capabilities of our Team plan on an ongoing basis, you can opt to downgrade your account after your free Teams trial period.
